the international airport at Crown Point.
Enjoying views over the completely unspoilt Minister’s Bay, it is only a 3-minute walk across a nature reserve to the 1 mile long sandy beach. Being east-facing, the villa is designed to make use of the sea breezes that come ashore as part of the Caribbean trade winds. 

The well maintained villa is set in its own gardens with a 25ft X 15ft swimming pool (max depth 5ft.), and comprises 2600 sq. ft. of living space complemented by a further1400 sq. ft of shaded balconies and an elevated sun bathing area to catch the afternoon sun. It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and can easily accommodate 8 people. The large airy kitchen opens on to the living room and breakfast bar with French doors opening out to a substantial outside dining patio. Also, on the ground floor is a double bedroom with doors to the balcony facing the sea, a shower room and utility room. The first floor has 2 ensuite double bedrooms with doors to the balcony. There is also an ensuite twin bedded room and large study area leading to the balcony, which has a hammock, a swing seat and wicker furniture.
